After leaving my home and family in Canada to pursue my dreams of becoming a holistic health care provider, I knew immediately that happiness requires a balanced lifestyle. I graduated Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic and started not only my professional career, but also became a mother. I have been practicing the art and science of Chiropractic for eleven years now and also have four beautiful children ranging in age from six to thirteen.
One of my passions is racing mountain bikes. I am an avid cyclist and find my balanced lifestyle through cycling and running. Leading an active lifestyle, whether its juggling four kiddos, managing two practices, or finding time to be called an athlete, has made me be a better Doctor. I have been blessed to become part of thousands of people's health care transformation.
To be able to help patients realize and reach their potential, not only with their pain, but helping them become stronger individuals is something I never take for granted. To best serve my community and become a primary health care provider, I have many services that I provide. I combine my expertise of eleven years practicing Chiropractic along with the potential benefits of Acupuncture and Aromatherapy to see miracles happen in my office every day. I also incorporate physical therapy and rehab to stabilize and strengthen the body. Other services I provide are custom orthotics, Ion cleanse detoxification, and nutritional counseling.

When I was 26 years old I was in a car accident where I injured my neck and low back. I had such a severe stiff neck that I couldn't turn my head from left to right without sharp and stabbing pain. After spending 6 hours in the emergency room I was sent home with some Extra Strength Tylenol. For three days I was unable to leave my bed because of the intensity of the pain. My wife, feeling bad seeing me like that, arranged to take me to a Chiropractor. After only a few adjustments my body aches had decreased significantly and I could turn my head without the sharp and stabbing pain.
All my life, every person I have met complains of having an aching back. After seeing my Chiropractor, my everyday backaches went away! Up until that point, I had no idea that living a life without pain was, in fact, possible, and that having an achy body everyday was not actually normal.
While undergoing Chiropractic care, I was seeing such improvement in my life that I knew I had to be a part of it all. I wanted to help change the lives of the people around me and see their health and lifestyle improve, just like mine was. So, a few months later, in August of 2003, I moved my family to Dallas, Texas to attend Parker College of Chiropractic and begin my journey.
I have preformed tens of thousands of adjustments in my career to date, and I am proficient in as many as nine Chiropractic adjustment techniques. I have special training in pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, as well as extensive experience in decompression therapies, Myofascial Release, ultrasound, laser, electrical stimulation and Kinesio tape application.
In my everyday life, I try to be a good example to my patients by exemplifying healthy living and exercise. I would one day love to compete in an Ironman Triathlon. I love to cook, work in my garden, go on walks, and play around in the garage. I also enjoy painting, writing and just about all water activities.
I have been married to my beautiful wife for almost 15 years and I have two darling children. My profession, my family and my spirituality are the things that mean the most to me in my life.
